Resolved Question: Help with questions about the digestive system?

I've got health questions, and she never gave me the stupid 'binder' that I needed to bring home to makeup my work that I missed yesterday. I've tried searching the internet, but most results are unhelpful. If you can answer any questions below, I'd be your best friend for life!!! hahhah...so here's the questions: Substances that help carry out chemical reactions in the body are called (fill in word here).
