Resolved Question: How do diet,excersize,sleep effect you?

I'm at my breaking point, i don't know what to do anymore. My only option to help break my depression is these three things. I don't excersize at all, only the walking that you do in school. I eat junk food all the time, and like 3 pops a day on school nights and on weekends like 5. I have a horrible sleep schedule where i'll go to bed at 2am sometimes or 7 am or 10pm.
