Okay, I want to be able to lose 5 pounds per week for 1 month. I was told to eat salad, and exercise. However I don't truly believe that, so I turned to yahoo. Firstly, I weigh about 175pounds, and I'm 5'3. I have a bottle of wheat grass, which benefits your health, and I heard it also helps you lose weight. Anyways I'm going to start taking 3 1 1/4 table spoons of wheat grass everyday. I only have access to a hula hoop, stairs, and youtube for excersize. Also, I heard that doing sit-ups and crunches just build muscle under your fat, and I've tried yoga and belly dancing already, thanks for the help!... Read More »
