Dr. Oz says that the best way to keep the weight off is to automate your life. Do the same (healthy) things day in and day out. Roberta says that she lost 100 pounds by having some alone time every day where she meditates, prays, gives herself positive affirmation and breathes positive energy. Dr. Oz says that everyone who loses weight has a different way of doing it, but the common thread is that everyone does the same thing every day.
