Dr. Oz: Belly Fat Buster Exercise to Tighten Your Stomach

Doctor Oz was told by Donna, a woman in his audience, that she goes to the gym five days a week and she has been doing it for three years but does not see any difference in her stomach.

Dr. Oz said that we need to learn how to tighten up our belly muscles.  Doing sit-ups will not suffice!  Try this:

Dr. Oz’s Belly Fat Buster Exercise:

1. Find a set of stairs and sit on a step.

2.  Lean backwards.

3.  Relax your stomach.

4.  Suck your stomach in towards your spine and push it back out.

5.  Repeat steps 3 and 4.

Once you learn which muscle to flex and relax, you are ready to go!  I find myself doing this exercise while waiting in line at the store or even in the car when I’m waiting at a red light.

    I would like to try the, belly fat buster five days breakfast meal…Is this meal the only one for the whole day. Or, will it only allow me to skip lunch? If so what do I eat for dinner?
