Dr. Oz: Do You Get Headaches & Loss of Appetite After Working Out?


Doctor Oz was asked if it is normal to get headaches and lose your appetite after working out.

Doctor Oz said that headaches after exercise usually means that you are not breathing enough, so try to do more belly breathing.  Loss of appetite is one of the pluses of exercising, because your body needs to use all of your blood for your muscles… this is one of the reasons that Dr. Oz tells us to exercise when we are hungry.
