Dr Oz said people with sleeping problems either have trouble falling asleep or can fall asleep, but cannot stay asleep all night. If you are waking up in the middle of the night, it is likely because of pain or urinary frequency. Dr Oz said you can train yourself to go back to sleep if you wake-up in the middle of the night. Try not to look at any bright lights, because that signals to your brain that it is time to wake-up. Doctor Oz also said that if you cannot fall asleep within 15 minutes, get up and sit in a room without bright lights until you feel like you could fall asleep.
