Dr. Oz always promotes drinking lots of water. It is a great way to lose weight and to rinse toxins out of your body. But is there such a thing as too much water? Dr. Harry Fisch, author of Size Matters, also joined in the conversation. As long as you aren’t drinking obscene amounts of water, I think you should be good to go! But always check with your doctor first.
