Dr. Oz: Men’s Peak Strength Age vs Women’s Peak Strength Age

Dr. Oz was asked what is the difference between a man’s peak strength age and a woman’s peak strength age?  When are men at their strongest?  And when are women at their strongest?

Of course it varies dramatically from one individual to the next.  Some women can be very overweight and weak when they are young and then get in shape in their 50’s, so for them, they would be strongest when they are older.  But in general, women are strongest when they are younger in age, and men tend to get strong both as young men and as they age, though rarely are they strongest when they are very old!
