Dr Oz said that 60% to 70% of your calories are driven by your metabolism.  Doctor Oz said that if you build muscle mass, you can increase your metabolism.  One easy tip is to sit up and have good posture, because this will increase your core muscles and increase your metabolism to push you over your weight loss plateau.
