Dr Oz: What’s the Minimum Amount of Time to Spend at the Gym?


Doctor Oz was asked, what is the minimum amount of time that you can spend at the gym and still look great?amount of time to go to the gym

Dr Oz said that you should spend at least 1 hour a week sweating it out, which can even be at home just running up and down stairs for example.  Also, do about 5 minutes of stretching in the morning and some muscle building each week.
