Dr. Oz: When Is The Best Time of Day to Take Vitamins?

Doctor Oz was asked by Stephanie, what is the best time of the day to take your daily vitamins?

Dr. Oz said that he has trouble taking vitamins on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, because the fillers in the vitamins can make you nauseous. So it is best to talk half in the morning, a little after you eat breakfast… and then take the other half of your vitamins in the evening.

I take a batch of vitamins after breakfast……..it’s a good one with dairy, carbs and protein… and another batch at bedtime, but I see that I should probably be taking the second batch right after dinner?

Anyone out there take everything from A to Zinc like me? and some others inbetween, i.e. resveratol, acai, oil of oregano? Would love to know which ones to take with which. I can’t find a website that describes that plainly enough. A with Zinc? Cal/Mag with Glucosomine? D3 with K2? Probiotics with Garlic?
