Pinch the skin on the back of your hand and hold it for 2-3 seconds. When you let go the skin should go back to normal right away, but if it does not, it means you are a little bit dehydrated and need to drink more water.

We all know that drinking plenty of water is good for our overall health, especially since it aids digestion, promotes a healthy body weight, helps maintain a normal body temperature and even affects your mood, but many of us are not getting enough. Dr. Oz says it is important to understand that we lose an average of 11 cups of water every day, not just when we urinate, but also when we have a bowel movement or sweat, so it is important to replenish that amount and then some.
