Dr Oz: Indian Ginseng Protects Collagen

Dr Oz: Indian Ginseng, Retinol Cream & Cellulite Massager Review

Dr. Oz says Indian Ginseng, also known as Ashwagandha, works to protect collagen and fight future skin damage.

Doctor Oz says one of the biggest body complaints we all have as we age is cellulite. He has a few solutions to diminish the appearance of your cellulite and he says they while they are only temporary, they do work and are easy to find and are inexpensive.

Creams with Ginseng – Dr. Oz says there is a special kind of Ginseng, known as Indian Ginseng (or Ashwagandha – which translates to ‘horse smell’), found in creams that can firm your skin and fight cellulite. The Ashwagandha has a phytochemcial that works to protect your collagen and stop damage. You simply massage it into your skin 1-2 times a day and give it a month before you start to see results. Dr. Oz says it is very inexpensive and can be found all over the place.

Dr Oz: Retinol Cream for Legs & Cellulite

Retinol Cream – Retinol Creams work really great on your face, but Dr. Oz says they also work really well on your legs, too, by stimulating collagen production. Retinol helps to rebuild your skin and make it thicker and make your collagen cables thicker. By making the collagen thicker, the fat cells get pushed back, which makes your cellulite less visible. Dr. Oz says to look for a cream with .4 Retinol solution and apply it 1-3 times a day.

Dr Oz: Cellulite Massager Review with Oregano Oil

Do-it-yourself Cellulite Massage – You can purchase a Cellulite Massager and use it to create a little bit of friction while rubbing on your skin. When you do that you also rub the fat and collagen that’s beneath the skin. That area is filled with fluid, so by massaging it you milk out the fluid, causing it to appear less thick. Dr. Oz says to turbo charge this process by adding Oregano Oil with the Cellulite Massager. The Oregano Oil acts as a lubricant and softens the bands of connective tissue and stimulates circulation, while also acting as an anti-inflammatory, especially on the thigh area.

Comments to Dr Oz: Indian Ginseng, Retinol Cream & Cellulite Massager Review

  1. Lin Smith says:

    Dear Dr. Oz,

While I enjoy your show so much there are many times you recommend products that many of us cannot find. I have been searching for the Indian Ginseng or one and haven’t been able to find it. Could you please let the viewers know the product you are using on the shows. At least we know where to go to find them. I did find a few on your Nov. 1st show, but I did a lot of searching.

    Thank you,
    Lin Smith

  2. Carolynn Biven says:

I agree, if you are going to tell us about new products; please let know the real names of them so we can find them, i.e the cellulite cream w. ginseng. Where on earth do you find it? Not readily available anywhere! Phytoceramides are not either!

  3. I, too, have been searching for the cellulite cream with Ginseng…no luck!!

  4. I recognized the bottle on the show. I believe it is Jergen’s Skin Firming Cream. I have read good reviews about this lotion prior to the Dr. Oz show. It does have ginseng in it. will continue to buy it.

  5. Cynthia Letsch says:

Many web sites contain warnings that oregano oil should be diluted with some other oil, like olive oil, before being used on the skin, because it is very strong and can cause a rash. The bottle I purchased says, “for internal use only.” Did I miss the direction to dilute it?

  6. Cynthia Letsch says:

Phytoceramides are available through the brand, LifeExtensior. I have seen this brand on sale at many different health food stores. I found it online, also.

  7. Where may we purchase the cream with the Indian Ginseng, or oregano oil (does it need to be diluted?). Is LifeExtensior the only place that sells Phytoceramides? Thanks for your assistance.

  8. Cynthia Letsch says:

I do not know where to purchase the Indian Ginseng cream. I tried the Jergens, like Maggie said, but it is not in it. I which is knew if the Oregano Oil should be diluted. I cannot find out either. LifeExtensior is the brand, not the name of the store. You could look it up online.

  9. keith bullin says:

found the lotion at Amazon.com, Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula Firming Butter with ginseng
found the massage cream at Amazon.com Palmers CBF for massage cream for stretch marks
found the oregano oil at Amazon.com Oil of oregano 25% solution, does not need diluting!
and the scrub pad at Amazon.com Bliss Fat Girl Stimulator
hope this helps those looking for the products, using the organo oil with the scrub brush show visable results in only a few days, also apply the massage cream and use the scrub brush to massage the areas affected by cellulite, shold do the oil once a day and the creams three times massaging them in each time, the massaging helps to move that fat out and smooth the skin. I was Very fat till my 20’s when I lost a ton of weight and now in my early 50’s am seeing cellulite and I Do Not Like It! Good luck to anyone tryong this, Dr Oz knows what he is talking about !!!

  10. Michelle says:

I have also searched for the cellulite cream featured in Dr. Oz! I found L’eudine Celucreme Anti-Cellulite Body Cream in Amazon very expensive but then I found it on eBay much cheaper! Can’t wait till I get it!!

  11. I watched the rerun of this show and have similar comments one year later. Can’t find the products anywhere although Oz continuously states , “can be found anywhere.” Where are lotions with Indian Ginseng please?????

  12. Hi! I’m at work surfing around your blog from my new iphone!
Just wanted to say I love reading through your
blog and look forward to all your posts!
    Keep up the fantastic work!

  13. Normally I don’t learn post on blogs, but I wish to say that this write-up
very pressured me to take a look at and do it! Your writing taste has been surprised me.
    Thank you, quite nice article.

  14. For most recent information you have to go to see world-wide-web and on
world-wide-web I found this web site as a best site for newest updates.

  15. Toned women could have cellulite. Even so excess weight of
the body can enlarge dimpling and even lumpiness.
Eat the right way. Coupled with a great deal of drinking water, a lower fat diet plan
which can be considered of high fiber and complex carbohydrates – berries, fresh vegetables
and whole grains helps flush out waste.

  16. Thin ladies might still have cellulite. But extra weight inside the
body does heighten dimpling plus lumpiness. Eat in the right way.
And additionally a large amount of drinking water,
a minimal fat diet routine that would be full off fiber
and complex carbohydrates – some fruits, fresh vegetables and whole grain products can help to remove

  17. Cristin says:

Do I buy cellulite cream with these ingredients or just retinol cream? What was name of products on show?
