Dr Oz: What’s Your Aging Type?
Dr Oz said that you can learn your aging type and use that information to change the way you will look decades into the future. The first step in finding out which foods are best for your health is to learn your aging type. The three most common types are:
- Spotters – prone to age spots and pigmentation
- Wrinklers – prone to fine lines
- Saggers – prone to sagging around the cheeks and chin
If you’re not sure what type best describes you, look to your mother or your maternal grandmother. Dr Oz said that these people in our lives “are the closest window into your skin’s future,” due to their similar facial structure.
