Dear Dr. Oz , I just finished watching your show 8-8-2013 on caner signs and preventatives . I was thrilled to see that the part of the show on the right foods and the wrong foods was just a confirmation on what my intuition and reasearch told me . I was diagnosed with tripple negative breast cancer on 6-8-2009 , my daughter’s birthday of all things . From what Ive been told and researched this is a serious form . I have changed our diets here at home and I cook mostly Asian and Indian dishes . These because , 1 ) we like it 2) for the bountiful use of veggies compared to meat but still including it . 3 ) the spices used in these dishes are very good for preventing cancer . I learned even more to add my ” data banks ” from this show . I feel I am very blessed to be here 4 yrs later as I have been led to believe that this form has a high reaccurance in the first year . I believe , Dr. Oz. you were put here to wake up our nation and those who have any kind of sense will sit up and listen ! thankyou for your love of life and your good work .
