Dr Oz's Super Olives for fighting cancer include Picual Olives and Moraiolo Olives.

Stainless Steel Sautee Pan

Using a sautee pan is much healthier than deep frying and pan cooking. It heats quickly so you can seal in the cancer fighting agents.

Citrus Zester

A citrus zester (especially a microplane zester) is perfect to scrape the skin off of citrus fruits like oranges and lemons. The rind of the fruit contains a high concentration of cancer fighters. Plus, the rind adds a delicious taste to foods.

Dr Oz: Moraiolo & Picual Olives

All olives aren’t created equal. Picual Olives and Moraiolo Olives contain the highest concentration of cancer fighting polyphenols. Check the label on the bottle to be sure it contains these key ingredients.

Dr Oz: Dark Glass Olive Oil Bottle

Did you know olive oil is sensitive to light? When exposed to light for too long, the oil loses some of its cancer fighting properties. Be sure to purchase your olive oil in a dark colored bottle.
