    What do you do after the two week plan is over? Can you incorporate more fruit then or do you have to stick to just what foods are on the plan to not gain weight back?

    I have clicked on every link on the web page to find the one sheet plan that Dr. Oz showed on his show. It takes me to everything else but that. Please e-mail me the plan. I have tried everything and I need it to prove to my husband that he can loose.

    i enjoy your show and use the information on your show, i live by it and save all of it and copy alot of it to send to my daughter and daughter in law or anyone else i feel would need it. i would love for dr. oz to work with my daughter who is lives in north pole alaska and needs to lose alot of weight, i am very concerned about her, she is a wonderful person and i love her so much. i have diabeties type 2 and also am on the lean protein diet through texas diabeties who keep up with my diabeties and thyroid, ( removed). think you are wonderful and enjoy your show with all the good information you give. thank you yvonne waits

    Dr. Oz site is the worst I have ever seen. So many ads and pop-ups. And I can’t find what I am looking for which is, besides smoothies, breakfast recipes for the 2 week weight loss diet. I found them once but can’t seem find them again. Please help! thanks

    Dr Oz’s diet requires 2 tablespoons Rice Protein Powder. I am allergic to all rice and rice products. Is there anything else I can substitute for this item. Please help! Thanks
