Dr. Oz said on his show that the secret to permanent weight loss may not be at the gym, but in the kitchen. In the intestines, we all have good bacteria and bad bacteria. This is a delicate balance. Sometimes, the bad outweighs the good. When the bacterias are out of balance, this can lead to obesity. If you can learn to balance the bacteria, you can lose the weight for good.
