    Those seaweed chips are LOADED with salt. Not good for kidney or blood pressure concerns.
    Peanut Butter not good for breast cancer concerns.

    Be careful what advice you take.
    Most recommendations are meant for healthy people.

    The almond butter I can see – almonds are on the ‘good’ list – high fiber and good fats. I use it and love it. Seaweed … I don’t think so …
