Dr Oz: Make Dieting Less Lonely

When Dr Oz polled women across the country about dieting, 65% revealed they believe dieting is lonely. He introduced four gym buddies from Connecticut who each lost half their body weight for a combined weight loss of 422 pounds. Even more interesting was that the women actually didn’t know each other before going to the gym. They met each other at a group class, which is why Amy, who lost 104 pounds, suggests everyone try a group exercise class.
