Dr Oz: Detox Recipes To Lose Weight
Dr. Oz was talking with Dr. Alejandro Junger about his Clean Detox Program that will help you get healthy and lose 10 pounds this month! They talked about the foods you need to avoid while on the plan, along with the foods that are okay to eat. Dr Oz: Detox Breakfast Smoothie
By eliminating certain foods from your diet you will lower the workload of your digestive system because some foods are harder to digest than others. Dr. Alejandro Junger explained that this is why he provided a list of foods to avoid while on his detox program. He said as you eliminate those foods from your diet, your cravings will go away and you will not eat as much, but when you do you will make healthier choices. Dr. Junger said to begin your first day of his Detox plan with a breakfast smoothie. This smoothie will be easy for you to digest and it will leave you satisfied until lunch!
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1-2 cups spinach
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons plant-based protein powder
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
