The next diet myth most of us believe is that cooking with healthy oils will help you lose weight. Dr. Joel Fuhrman explains that when oil is taken into the body it is immediately stored as fat, which is a big problem because it is harder to burn off, so he recommends eating nuts and seeds instead.
