    i have faithfully been on the diet for seven weeks. My weight has been the same give or take one pound for the last two weeks. I lost fifteen lbs. in 28 days and only two lbs. the last three. I am two lbs. from my goal and am about to start phase two of week eight tomorrow. Do you have any suggestions or is this about par ? By the way, thank you for the diet. I feel fantastic and have several friends on the diet too.

    took the Garcinia Cambogia for about a month I started having severe abdominal pain I had blood in my stool my blood sugar went crazy, Iwas losing weight but not the way you want to
    I lost 17 pouns in 4 weeks they had to give me 5 units of blood and told me if I hadn’t gone to the ER I would have been dad that night. my gastrointerologist said I have severe ulcerative colitis he is treating me for Crohn’s desease but the treatment is the same gluten free I am looking for some recipes I have checked everything on the food network I need something in a good french bread. I have yoyo dieted most of my adult life Iam diabetic, a classic charcot foot which prevents me from exercise, with the loss of blood I damaged my heart I need some good help. thank you

    Any diet that claims you can lose 20 lb in a month (safely) is a scam. Losing more than 1-2 pounds of body fat per week is unhealthy and you’re likely to gain it all back shortly after as any diet that causes such rapid weight loss is not sustainable.
