Dr. Oz told his audience he would share his favorite “F” word with them if they would “show” him theirs. He gave everyone a piece of paper, so they could write them down. From food to friends and one word that was not appropriate for television, everyone got in on the fun, especially one woman who said her favorite “F” word is farting.

After Dr. Oz took a look at his audience’s favorite “F” words he then shared his, which was “fasting”, and then he explained why he loves it so much. First and foremost, Dr. Oz says fasting is not about starving yourself. It is about eating the right foods at the right time, so he shared the health benefits when you fast correctly.

    I have been on the fast diet which is fasting two days per wk and eating normally for 5 days.
    I would like to know if the dr oz fasting can be done 2 days per week and get the same results.
    Please let me know. I am finding the fast diet (dr Michael Mosley). Too difficult.
