Tyrosine is a chemical that is the precursor to dopamine in your body. The idea is to stabilize your dopamine levels in the body to prevent peaks and crashes that can cause mood swings and lead to excess calories.

  • Fava Beans
  • Duck
  • Chicken
  • Edamame
