Dr. Oz: How to Fix Your Insomnia

Dr. Oz kicked off his show by talking about ways to fix insomnia with his 10 Day Plan to Break the Insomnia Cycle.

Dr. Oz welcomed sleep expert Dr. Michael Breus, who said that insomnia is a cycle that needs to be broken. He said the more tired you are and the more worried about sleep you are, the more anxiety you have and the harder it is to fall asleep.
