  2. Darline Curtis says:

what do you eat for breakfast and lunch?

  3. I am also curious what does one eat for breakfast and lunch? I live on West coast and nearest Whole Foods is 100 miles away. Can I substitute Archer Farms flatbread pizza as long as it has less than 300 calories and 600 gr. of sodium? What about Dr. Praeger’s fishsticks and the pasta. Are those only available online?

  4. Jeanette says:

On this 5 day frozen food diet what do you eat for breakfast and lunch?

  5. What do we eat for breakfast and lunch? I didn’t see the question answered to previous comments.
