    I am also curious what does one eat for breakfast and lunch? I live on West coast and nearest Whole Foods is 100 miles away. Can I substitute Archer Farms flatbread pizza as long as it has less than 300 calories and 600 gr. of sodium? What about Dr. Praeger’s fishsticks and the pasta. Are those only available online?
