Dr. Oz: Peanut Butter Truffles Recipe

Dr. Oz pulled a recipe off Pinterest to show Tamika about plant sterols. He took a recipe from Maggie for Peanut Butter Truffles. All you do is mix 2 cups of crunchy peanut butter, 1 and 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds, and 2 ripe mashed bananas together. Using an ice cream scoop, you scoop out the little balls and put them in an airtight container. Then put them in the freezer and after two hours, they’ll be solid and delicious. Tamika seemed to really enjoy it.
