As part of his May plan, Dr Oz wants to end each show with a new series  meant to help viewers “find their zen in a stressful situation.” He called it Mindful Monday and shared a simple mindful eating trick, also as part of The Monday Dieter. This trick is great for helping you be more aware of what you’re eating so that you not only eat less but do so without dieting.
