Doctor Oz’s first question was whether cherries or olives are better for melting Muffin Tops. The answer is that olives have Monounsaturated Fatty Acids or MUFAs, which are healthy fats that target belly fat. You only need to eat 5-6 olives a day to help get rid of your Muffin Top!
