    I would love to try the protein powder method. I need to lose 100 pounds-lifelong problem. But I am lactose intolerant and the whey in the powder will not work for me. What can I use instead?

    In reference to 11/7 show on protein power, I also would like to know what Amanda ate for meals and snacks. I need recipes with specific amounts of ingredients, esp. her breakfast smoothie with almond milk, protein powder, banana and peanut butter. Please help because I think protein is an answer for me also.

    Does anyone know what type of whey protein powder she used? Trying to find one at a decent cost that is approved by Consumer Lab is difficult.
