Dr Oz: Foods That Burn Off Their Own Calories
One of the most common ways we cheat on a diet is when we overload on carbs and feel awful the next day. Dr. Oz says the answer is to eat Thermogenic Foods, which are those that burn off the calories in themselves.
- For breakfast drink 1 glass of Tomato Juice with 1 tablespoon of Horseradish.
