    I watched your show with the fat burning spices-you suggested a serving for each, such as a teaspoon for each, Cinnamon, Fennel(each each meal) and Cumn(2-5 times a week).
    You simply cannot eat these from a teaspoon, what are your suggestions so you get the correct amount as needed.
