Yes, you’ll have to actually get off the couch for this one. To do a super power stretch, stand with legs together. Bend down like you’re sitting in a chair. Place hands together in front of you. Twist and put elbow on opposite knee. Hold for 20-seconds. Twist to the other side and hold for another 20-seconds. This power stretch helps with circulation and aids your body in digestion.
