Everything you add into your coffee causes you to break your waistline. Remember years ago, when there were only 2 options for coffee—black or with cream?  Doctor Oz compared Au Bon Pain Cappuccino, Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino Light, Dunkin Donuts Iced Coffee with a Turbo Shot, and McDonald’s McCafe Caramel Mocha.  Here are the findings on each coffee drink:
