He talked to the man who created the diet, personal trainer and nutritionist Marco Borges, who worked with both Beyonce and Jay-Z personally to help them transform their health. He also wrote the book The 22-Day Revolution. He said on his plan, the average woman drops at least one dress size and lost 12 pounds.
