Dr. Oz has always recommended healthy foods like beans, Greek yogurt, and almonds as part of healthy diet, but Lyn-Genet Recitas, author of The Plan, says that these are actually devil foods for some people. She explains that your weight is simply your body’s chemical reaction to the foods that you eat, so if you determine which foods are causing you problems then you can replace them and get healthy and lose weight.

Lyn-Genet Recitas says that if you follow her Anti-Diet Plan you will lose 10 pounds in 20 days while eating over 2,000 calories a day!

    This explains a lot. Have noticed that eating a few so-called healthy oatmeal raisin cookies, and eating the bread at a popular chain, made me feel uncomfortable and put on a few pounds quickly. Some breads work, some are downers, but my wife had different reactions.

    Really is an anti-diet and more, with the recommendation that one NOT exercise during the key initial phases so as to avoid some undesirable effects of exercise. Completely unlike our usual expectations!
