On today’s show, Dr Oz was joined by Nutritional Expert, Rovenia Brock, to give you the foods to help boost your mood.  Dr Oz first presented The Worry Cure and then he spoke about his Worry Free Diet.  Rovenia told Doctor Oz that food has been used as medicine for centuries. Foods loaded up with amino acids and complex carbs go a long way when it comes to improving your mood. There are 4 major categories to help boost your mood that include, complex carbs, tryptophan, vitamin C rich foods and good ol’ omega 3 fatty acids.
