Dr. Oz gave us more information about his Total 10 Rapid Weight Loss Plan, which he unveiled earlier this week and which has been in the making for a year. It’s a two-week plan designed to help us lose weight quickly.

Joanna had been on the plan for several days and she had already lost 5 pounds.
