Dr Oz: Fat Flush Water Recipe

To make Dr Oz’s Fat Flush Water Recipe, combine 1 slice grapefruit, 1 tangerine, ½ cucumber, 2 peppermint leaves and ice. The cucumbers help you stay full. The peppermint calms your stomach and is refreshing. Drink as much of the Fat Flush Water as you want, but you must have three 8 oz glasses before meals for at least 10 days.

Dr Oz: Zucchini Pasta Recipe

Choose green carbs like Zucchini Pasta over brown ones. There are healthy brown carbs, but green carbs are lower in calories and low on the glycemic index to help you avoid the crash.

-Slice zucchini
-Sautee in a Tbsp of oil

Also, substitute lettuce for bread. Wrap your meats and veggies in lettuce. (You can have red peppers but stay away from brown processed carbs.)  Dr Oz even spoke about a machine to make Zucchini Pasta on a previous show, which you can read about here: Helen’s Asian Kitchen Spiral Slicer.

Dr Oz: Super Spice Protein Recipe

Add flavors to food by super spicing your protein. Combine chili powder, turmeric and mustard seeds. Coat 2 Tbsp of the mixture onto your lean proteins, like fish, chicken and bison. Use it on any lean meat because it tastes good on anything.

Dr Oz: Cauliflower Popcorn Recipe

Snack skinny with cauliflower popcorn. Combine 2 heads of cauliflower, 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp hemp seeds. Bake at 420 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Kim says to do these simple steps for 10 days to see your best results.

Comments to Dr Oz: Fat Flush Water, Zucchini Pasta & Cauliflower Popcorn Recipes

  1. Do you blend the ingredients for the Fat Flush Water?

  2. This is for Dr. Oz and his staff- or whoever is kind enough to read it-

Just wanted to thank you for mentioning qigong once or twice on your show and in an quote I read several years ago. At the time I was suffering from Parkinson’s Disease- on meds and their effectiveness was waning. Because I had heard of qigong through you, my sometimes skeptical self attended a “Healer Within” weekend workshop with Master Mingtong Gu of The Chi Center here in the SF area. Several years down the pike and I am totally healed, med and symptom-free, and blogging about it. A happy side effect of m y healing and spreading the message is that others are also beginning to heal from this condition. So again, thank you. Please keep on doing what you do. Haola!! (All is well- so be it-in Chinese)
