Dr Oz: Fat Flush Water Recipe
To make Dr Oz’s Fat Flush Water Recipe, combine 1 slice grapefruit, 1 tangerine, ½ cucumber, 2 peppermint leaves and ice. The cucumbers help you stay full. The peppermint calms your stomach and is refreshing. Drink as much of the Fat Flush Water as you want, but you must have three 8 oz glasses before meals for at least 10 days.
Dr Oz: Zucchini Pasta Recipe
Choose green carbs like Zucchini Pasta over brown ones. There are healthy brown carbs, but green carbs are lower in calories and low on the glycemic index to help you avoid the crash.

Dr Oz: Super Spice Protein Recipe
Add flavors to food by super spicing your protein. Combine chili powder, turmeric and mustard seeds. Coat 2 Tbsp of the mixture onto your lean proteins, like fish, chicken and bison. Use it on any lean meat because it tastes good on anything.
Dr Oz: Cauliflower Popcorn Recipe
Snack skinny with cauliflower popcorn. Combine 2 heads of cauliflower, 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp hemp seeds. Bake at 420 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Kim says to do these simple steps for 10 days to see your best results.
