Dr Oz set us on a “new you” path with his Derriere Diet, but what happens if you start craving a burger? Check this out: you can splurge on burgers and still lose weight? Yes, you read that correctly. You.Can.Eat.A. Burger.And.Lose.Weight! Before you do the happy dance, know that this isn’t every burger. The average American consumes 150 burgers a year so Dr Oz set up a challenge to find the healthiest fast food burger. He had his team scour the burger menus, looking for calories, fats, and nutrients in the best beef, veggie, turkey, and bean burgers. (I didn’t even know they made a bean burger!) Dr Oz’s rules included: a burger under 500 calories, no trans fat, and no mayo. (A dollop contains 80 calories.) Check out the results below. You may be surprised.
