Dr. Oz had some tips on his show for people who relaxed too much this summer and stopped exercising. Dr. Oz said that a lot of people have been there. but he had some tips today to help people out. He talked to Raquel, one of his audience members, who said she went to a lot of festivals and ate a lot of food.
