Dr Oz: Jennifer’s Workout
Jennifer Hudson’s Diet was discussed and she returned to the Dr Oz Show to demonstrate her moves that helped get her into shape. Dr Oz asked how she found the time to work out with her busy schedule. Jennifer stated that even with her hectic schedule, she managed to squeeze in 3 exercises that take only 15 minutes. Her advice to working out; don’t think about it, just do it. If you think about it, you’ll talk yourself out of it. Get off the couch and get workin’. Jennifer felt that Dr Oz’s Transformation Nation was an important tool to get you started with your weight loss goals.
