Dr. Oz: Kenny J & Soul Line Dancing Exercise


Doctor Oz has Kenny J on his show today to teach us how to do Soul Line Dancing as a form of exercise.  It was lots of fun!

Kenny J’s Soul Line Dancing Steps on Dr. Oz:

1.  Dr. Oz Bounce

To do the Dr. Oz Bounce, bounce up four beats, bounce back four beats, bounce left four beats and bounce right four beats.

2.  Basic Cha-Cha Step

Go right left 1-2-3 and left right 1-2-3… you know how to cha-cha!

3.  Kenny J Rock

4.  1/4 Turn & Slide
