Step One: Bounce up and down
Step Two: Contract ab muscles for 2-3 minutes, you’ll feel it.
Step Three: Give it a sexy vibe with a little hip action.
Step Four: Make a circular motion with your right hip.
Step Five: Do the same with the left hop. (Are you following this?)
Step Six: Put it all together with a bounce. Move right and then left. Add a figure 8 hip action and you’re doing the Samba.
