Mike Karpenko’s Tapout XT Workout Program is a 90-day program, but he said 90 days can be overwhelming for many people, so his first rule is to do it just six days at a time. Mike said to follow his exercise and nutrition plan for six days in a row and rest on the seventh day. He recommends that you use a calendar and “X" out the days as you go, so you can see your progress.
