Dr Oz: Tapout XT Weight Loss Plan Review Reshape Your Body In Six Days

Dr Oz: Tapout XT 90 Day Fitness Plan

Are you ready to get healthy and fit and lose weight for good? Get ready for Dr. Oz’s “6 Days to your Complete Body Reshape” with the creator of the program, Mike Karpenko. Mike promises anyone can follow his Tapout XT program to change their body and get healthy.

Dr Oz: Tapout XT Workout Program

Mike Karpenko, a mixed martial arts champion, created his Tapout XT Workout program to help you change your body in ways you never thought possible. Mike said he realized that women like to kick, hit and punch, so he decided to create a workout that would allow them to do so while reshaping their bodies. He believes his plan is for anyone who wants a new body bad enough. It is for the guy who wants 6-pack abs or the woman who wants to get rid of her muffin top, according to Mike. He said he has just three rules you need to follow in order to be successful with his Tapout XT Plan.

Dr Oz: Tapout XT 6 Days At a Time

Mike Karpenko’s Tapout XT Workout Program is a 90-day program, but he said 90 days can be overwhelming for many people, so his first rule is to do it just six days at a time. Mike said to follow his exercise and nutrition plan for six days in a row and rest on the seventh day. He recommends that you use a calendar and “X” out the days as you go, so you can see your progress.

How can I go about ordering this program at a great deal, saw the show on Jan 24, 2013 and was really inspired by the program. The two girls that were on the show from doing the video was shocking!! I saw the program and was like I really want to get this!!

    Thank you,

I’m a big fan of Dr Oz and I’m a little confused. I just opened my box of Tapout XT and the meal plan seems unsafe. For workouts that burn 1200 calories a workout, it looks like you are eating around 1000 to 1200 calories a day in three meals (I won’t even talk about the 10 day slim down). The workouts look interesting but now I’m wondering if this is a workout I should try at all.

I have completed Tapout XT, Insanity and P90X. Out of all three I preferred Tapout XT. I never got bored. It is not easy at first but if you stick with it, you will get results.

The food plan is basic and I find that with most programs. You really need to find a food plan for you. I did about 1500 – 1800 calories a day.

I am almost 50 and I thought it was great.

I was really impressed by Tapout XT. I even did a review on it.
