Dr. Oz talked with a married couple who admitted to being hooked on dairy products. He revealed the results of medical tests that showed them both to be overweight and lactose intolerant with a promise they can both improve their health without having to take medication.

Dr. Oz is challenging a dairy-loving family, and everyone else, to go on his 28 day dairy-free plan. He says it could make you look and feel better by increasing your energy, getting rid of your heartburn and even fixing your biggest skin complaints.

    How much vitamin D we need? I live in Minnesota and we have long, cloudy winters. I am going to try your no milk diet. Have had an iffy stomach for years. Enjoy your program plus I learn so much. Thank you.

    In order to determine how much Vitamin D-3 you need, you MUST have a d level by blood done. Then, and only then, can you determine how much you need. Also, a 3 month followup evaluation is required to see how everything is going.

    I am interested in following the dairy free diet…I currently drink and use Lactose free organic milk…it this something I can still use while follow the program or should I not use it!!!
