Dr. Oz: Is There Arsenic in Rice?

Dr. Oz kicked off his show by talking about arsenic levels in rice. Two years ago, Dr. Oz reported that there was arsenic in apple juice. In the wake following that report, several other agencies looked into it and discovered it was true. This led to the problem being rectified by an FDA proposal to set a limit on arsenic in apple juice. Now, it turns out there may be arsenic in rice.
