Dr Oz: Arsenic In Rice & Rice Products

After studying the issue for over four years, the FDA finally released its report on arsenic in rice. Consumer reports looked at nearly 700 samples of rice and rice products, and found rice with the highest levels of inorganic arsenic, the most harmful form, in a wide variety of healthy foods. They found that brown rice typically had the highest levels of arsenic. The FDA has since proposed a new limit on arsenic levels in rice.
